Leasehold / Freehold Terms

• Flexible lease terms at a commencing rental of £4,000 p.a. exclusive.
• The lease is to exclude the provisions of Sections 24-28 inclusive of the Landlord & Tenant Act 1954, as amended.

Rates

The following figures were supplied by the Local Authority over the telephone and should be verified by the ingoing tenant:

• Rateable value (effective from 1 April 2010) - £3,350
• Rate in the £ for the period ending 31 03 2012 - 40.7p
• Rates payable for 2011/2012 - £1,363.45

Possession

• On completion of all legal formalities.

Legal Fees

• The tenant will be responsible for both party's reasonable legal costs (including disbursements and GAT) incurred in the transaction.
