Lease Terms
- Full repairing and insuring lease (by way of a service charge) on terms to be agreed.

Current market conditions are acknowledged and the landlords are realistic to rental levels. Accordingly they will consider any rental offers in the region of £15 per square foot for a minimum term of one year and a maximum term that expires on 28 September, 2015. The rent agreed will be dependent on the term required and the covenant of the tenant.

- Rateable Value with effect from 1 April 2010 : £25,750
- Rate in the £ for the period ending 31 March 2011 £0.433
- Therefore rate payable for year ending 31 March 2012 : £11,149.75
- PLEASE NOTE THE FIRST FLOOR CAN BE SPLIT INTO 2 SUITES & THE BUSINESS RATES PAYABLE WILL BE PRO-RATA TO FLOOR AREA
- GROUND FLOOR Suite A
- Rateable Value with effect from 1 April 2010 : £12,750
- Rate in the £ for the period ending 31 March 2011 £0.433
- Therefore rate payable for year ending 31 March 2011 : £5,520.75
- GROUND FLOOR Suite B
- Rateable Value with effect from 1 April 2010 : £16,250
- Rate in the £ for the period ending 31 March 2011 £0.433
- Therefore rate payable for year ending 31 March 2011 : £7,036.25
