Lease Terms
- Full repairing and insuring lease (by way of a service charge) at a commencing rental to be agreed.
- As a guide to rental the property was last let as from February 2007 at a rent of £15,000 pa exclusig plus VAT (£21.92 per sq. ft.)
- Current Market Conditions are acknowledged so all rental offers will be considered in the context of the length of the lease required and the financial strength of the prospective tenant.
- Rateable Value with effect from 1 April 2010: Ground Floor Suite: £8,300
- Rate in the £ for 2010/11 £0.414
- Therefore rate payable for year ending 31 March 2011: £3,436.20
