Lease Terms - for offices available now
- Full repairing and insuring lease (by way of a service charge) for between one and three years at a commencing rental to be agreed.
- The lease is to exclude the provisions of sections 24-28 inclusive of the Landlord & Tenant Act 1954, as amended.
- The Tenant will be responsible for both parties legal costs (including disbursements and VAT) incurred in the transaction.
