All rental offers will be considered.
- This property was last let as from 8 March 2005; the current passing rent is £25,000 p.a. exclusive. VAT is not payable.
- Current market conditions are acknowledged so all rental offers will be considered in the context of the length of lease required and the financial strength of the prospective tenant.
