Lightwater is situated approximately mid way between Reading and Guildford approximately ½ mile only from junction 3 of the M3 Motorway.

It is located in a prominent position in the centre of the village, looking out over the square, which leads to local shops including the village’s main supermarket.

There is extensive free car parking both on and off road.
